Madiha Imam has teamed up for a new drama

Lahore( jt news) Madiha Imam has teamed up for a new drama that will tell the story of the devastating effects of domestic violence. Samra Bukhari’s play “Farewell Me” will soon air on ARY, showing how domestic violence can ruin a young girl’s life. Speaking to the newspaper man Madiha Imam said of her role, “My character is 22-year-old Rada who wants to get married in a family living abroad. This is the dream she has always had.”

She says she has to travel a long way and this is where the story begins, the whole story is based on Rida’s confrontation with her father-in-law, how a girl leaves her home to live with someone else and how The journey continues. Madiha Imam said, “It is emotionally exploited and it has been shown that the concept of mental health works in a family. You either have to get out of it or give up and live your life in this vicious circle.” Is’.

Muneeb Butt will be seen opposite Madiha Imam as Usman, while Saba Hameed, Shabbir Jan and Saboor Ali will play supporting roles.The play is directed by Anjum Shehzad and produced by iDream Productions.No release date has been announced yet.

Madiha Imam is a Pakistani VJ turned actress. She is known for her roles in Dhaani (2016) and Heer (2015). She made her film debut with Dear Maya in 2017. Madiha Is currently seen In The hit Pakistani serial Dushmaan-E-Jaan.

Her television debut was in the Hum TV drama Ishq Mein Teray (2013) opposite Mehwish Hayat and Azfar Rehman, where she played the supporting role of Laiba. Subsequently she is known for her leading roles in Heer (2015), Dhaani (2016), Saanp Seerhi (2017), Zoya Swaleha (2017) and Zakham (2017).[3] Imam also appeared in a Bollywood movie Dear Maya (2017) opposite Manisha Koirala.[4] In 2018, she appeared in Faiza Iftikhar’s Baba Jani aired on Geo Entertainment
